Orders can be picked up daily from the Dippy Fun Ballard Store location. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
All our shipping is calculated shipping rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not offer flat-rate shipping.
We offer free shipping for orders over $75
International ShippingWe offer international shipping anywhere on Earth.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dippy Fun LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returns, And ExchangesWe accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@dippy.fun with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
